We have announced on our website of a recent development affecting our supply chain. A few months ago, one of our primary suppliers of ultra-high purity silicone rubber septa experienced a serious incident involving an explosion and fire at their manufacturing facility. This unfortunate event temporarily disrupted their operations and, as a result, impacted our ability to fulfill some orders.
The good news is that the supplier has resumed full production, and output is steadily increasing each day. While it will take some time to clear the backlog, we are encouraged by the progress and are seeing more products become available regularly.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are committed to supporting you throughout this period. To minimize disruption, we are actively working with our other trusted suppliers to supplement inventory and maintain continuity of supply.
